As a Staffing Specialist, you won't just be answering phonesâyou'll be building relationships, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and driving revenue for our clients. We offer a comprehensive training program for those ready to learn the ropes of sales and HR.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to identify potential candidates and clients.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for open positions.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific needs.
- Track candidate progress and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelorâs degree in Business or HR is a plus.
- No prior experience requiredâwe provide paid training and mentorship.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy office environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
