Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential job applicants through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit and professional background.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions within the region.
- Coordinate the interview process between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage recruitment data and track pipeline metrics effectively.
- Attend local industry events and networking functions to expand our talent network.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but candidates with a high school diploma and strong drive will be considered.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for client visits).
