Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize social media and networking to identify and engage potential talent for open positions.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Scheduling: Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates efficiently.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand their staffing needs.
- Admin Support: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare necessary documentation.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is preferred.
- Attitude: A positive mindset and a willingness to learn are critical.
- Availability: Must be able to work full-time, Monday through Friday.
