The Role
As an Entry Level Recruiter, you will be the first point of contact for both clients and candidates. You will learn the ins and outs of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing profiles to closing placements. This is a high-impact role perfect for individuals who are driven, ambitious, and ready to launch a career in Human Resources and Sales.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications to identify top talent for our client base.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, social media, and cold calling.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates using our Applicant Tracking System.
- Assist senior recruiters with onboarding processes and talent acquisition strategies.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide market insights.
- Track candidate progress and provide regular feedback to the recruitment team.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve recruitment techniques.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or HR is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A drive to succeed, learn, and grow within a sales-driven organization.
- Access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (for local client visits).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
