Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and client companies
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers and industry contacts
- Assist in developing job postings and recruitment marketing materials
- Participate in recruitment events and networking initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic ATS platforms
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving and time management skills
- Customer service mindset with ability to multitask
- Local Baltimore area knowledge preferred
