Responsibilities
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Post open positions on job boards and social media platforms to attract talent.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future positions.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide onboarding support.
- Update candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately.
- Communicate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
