Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of active candidates for our client roster.
- Coordinating interviews between clients and candidates and providing feedback.
- Developing strong relationships with local businesses to understand their staffing needs.
- Updating applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and timely data.
- Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or Communications is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recruiting technologies.
