Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking to identify and attract high-quality candidates for various roles.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and recruitment timelines.
- Placement Management: Coordinate interview schedules, prepare offer letters, and facilitate the onboarding process for successful hires.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends in the SF Bay Area to advise candidates on salary benchmarks and career progression.
- CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn recruitment software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or Salesforce).
- Motivation: A self-starter mindset with a hunger to learn and a drive to exceed monthly placement targets.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional evening networking events.
- Background: No prior experience is required; we provide all necessary training.
