Role Overview
As an Entry Level Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in roles that match their skills and career goals. This is a high-energy role perfect for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through active sourcing, networking, and social media.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates against client specifications to ensure a perfect fit.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage passive job seekers and build relationships.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to offer letter and onboarding.
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their evolving hiring needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software to track candidate progress and maintain accurate data.
- Contribute to team growth by exceeding weekly and monthly placement targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or recruiting is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and handle rejection gracefully.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
