Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify top talent and industry trends.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide updates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or recruiting is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Greenhouse) is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are a must.
