Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, Indeed, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit and soft skills.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for open positions within diverse industries.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand client needs and job requirements.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to refine recruiting strategies and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or recruiting is preferred but not required (we train the right candidates).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with a focus on relationship building.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and meet monthly sales goals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local networking.
