Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills, personality, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive job seekers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
- Match qualified candidates to open positions and manage the interview scheduling process.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field is a plus.
