Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through regular communication and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Match candidate skills and experience with open job requisitions.
- Manage and update candidate databases and recruitment software accurately.
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual interviews, preparing candidates for the hiring process.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide feedback to hiring managers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly recruitment targets and generate new business.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
