Responsibilities
- Conduct Candidate Screening: Perform initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit for various positions.
- Sourcing & Sourcing Strategy: Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor) and job boards to actively source and attract passive job seekers.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidates and clients within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise candidates effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Human Resources is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Computer Proficiency: Must be comfortable navigating computer systems and familiar with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Drive & Ambition: Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed and achieve personal and team goals.
- Reliability: Punctual, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (optional but preferred for client visits).
