Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing channels (social media, job boards, networking) to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for client accounts.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Partner with account managers to understand client needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or HR is a plus.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the recruitment industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of setting and achieving personal goals.
- Must be willing to work a standard full-time schedule.
