Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct initial phone interviews and skills assessments
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to candidates
- Assist with job postings and employer branding campaigns
- Meet weekly KPIs for candidate submissions and placements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (recent graduates welcome)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
