Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions using job boards and networking
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate skills/cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout recruitment process
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to optimize hiring strategies
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress
- Participate in recruitment events and employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor's preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Customer-service mindset and relationship-building aptitude
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (client site visits required)
