Responsibilities
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process for local businesses.
- Screen and interview incoming job applicants to match them with open positions.
- Schedule interviews and manage the candidate pipeline using our CRM software.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and candidates to build our talent pool.
- Update candidate databases and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet weekly and monthly placement targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED is required; a degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must reside in or near Fort Worth, TX.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
- Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet is required.
