Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary and permanent positions
- Source potential candidates through job boards, referrals, and social media
- Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and clients
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers
- Document recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (degree preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient with basic computer software (MS Office Suite)
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation for local client meetings
