Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and soft skills.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of active candidates through networking and outreach.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Utilize social media and job boards to market open positions effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
