As a Staffing Specialist, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates on LinkedIn to conducting final interviews. We provide extensive training, so no prior experience is required—only a hunger to learn and succeed.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent for client open positions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate relationships through the recruitment lifecycle.
- Update candidate and client data accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but High School Diploma/GED is acceptable for this entry-level role.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn internal software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
