Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Update and maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate fit
- Assist with crafting compelling job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates and clients
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly progress reports
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor's preferred)
- 0-2 years in recruitment, HR, or customer service roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
