Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking events
- Manage candidate pipelines using ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends
- Assist with job postings, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment analytics
- Support compliance documentation and onboarding processes
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (HR/Business preferred)
- 0-2 years in recruitment, staffing, or customer service
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
