Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry positions using ATS platforms and job boards
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments to match skills with client requirements
- Manage candidate pipelines, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate applicant tracking records
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and expectations
- Assist in developing job descriptions and posting opportunities across multiple recruitment channels
- Participate in networking events and employer branding initiatives to expand talent pools
- Collaborate with senior recruiters on market analysis and competitive compensation strategies
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or customer service
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse) and Microsoft Office Suite
