Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate relationships through the recruitment lifecycle, from application to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for client accounts.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize on recruitment campaigns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
