Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Client Relations: Build rapport with local businesses to understand their hiring needs and culture fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and keep pipelines full.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise candidates effectively.
- Placement Support: Assist in the negotiation process and onboarding to ensure successful placements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience in sales or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong research abilities and proficiency with internet search tools.
- Highly competitive nature with a drive to exceed monthly sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- CRM software experience (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) is a plus but not required.
