Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments for technical and cultural fit
- Manage applicant tracking system data and maintain accurate candidate records
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and nurture relationships with local universities and community organizations
- Assist in developing job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 0-2 years of recruitment or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software (ATS)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
