Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Manage candidate communications via phone, email, and virtual platforms
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and client companies
- Maintain accurate candidate profiles in our ATS system
- Assist with job postings and employer branding initiatives
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute to weekly team reports
- Support onboarding processes for placed candidates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Customer service mindset and problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms for sourcing
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
