Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse staffing assignments
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients across Louisville
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for temporary and permanent positions
- Ensure seamless onboarding and placement coordination
- Meet weekly/monthly staffing KPIs and performance metrics
- Utilize ATS systems for candidate tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven track record in candidate sourcing and client management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
