Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles ($100K+ positions)
- Build and maintain strategic client relationships in Boston's key industries
- Leverage ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) for streamlined workflows
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal KPIs
- Execute innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
Qualifications
- 3+ years in agency or corporate recruitment with Boston market exposure
- Proven track record of placing 20+ candidates monthly
- Expertise in niche verticals: FinTech, SaaS, or Biotech
- ATS certification (Greenhouse or Lever preferred)
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Strong Boston professional network
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
