Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client assignments
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assess candidate-job fit
- Build/maintain robust talent pipelines for key industries
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Collaborate with clients to define staffing requirements
- Utilize ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Boolean search)
- Drive candidate experience through transparent communication
- Meet weekly KPIs for placements and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 2+ years agency/staffing recruitment experience
- Proven track record meeting placement targets
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and sourcing techniques
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever preferred)
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- BA/BS in Business, HR, or related field required
