Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary candidate interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data entry, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines through sourcing on job boards and professional networks
- Assist with crafting compelling job descriptions and posting to multiple platforms
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive compensation benchmarks
- Support client relationship management through regular communication and status updates
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in Business, HR, Communications, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service roles
