Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking platforms
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate applicant tracking system records
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Assist with crafting compelling job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts
- Support team with administrative tasks including background checks and onboarding documentation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software (ATS experience a plus)
