Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments for technical and non-technical roles
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data entry and candidate communications
- Assist in building and maintaining client relationships through regular check-ins
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Research industry trends to inform recruitment strategies and job descriptions
- Support marketing initiatives for open positions across Mesa and Phoenix metro
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Workday, Greenhouse, or similar)
- Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
