Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess cultural fit for client roles
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate CRM records
- Partner with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and job specifications
- Facilitate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for high-demand industries
- Contribute to weekly team metrics and performance reports
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 0-2 years in recruitment, sales, or customer service environments
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
