Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers across diverse industries
- Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate interview schedules
- Prepare job postings and optimize recruitment marketing content
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track recruitment metrics
