Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking events
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates, ensuring seamless communication
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and applicant tracking system records
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Assist with onboarding processes for temporary and permanent placements
- Contribute to innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent pools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of recruiting, staffing, or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and multitasking capacity
