Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to employees via ticketing system and direct communication
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including laptops, peripherals, and cloud applications
- Assist with onboarding new hires including device setup and account provisioning
- Document troubleshooting processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network infrastructure projects
- Manage inventory of IT assets and assist with procurement processes
- Participate in daily IT operations meetings and incident response
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent technical certification (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, etc.)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Customer service experience with strong communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues independently
- Proficient with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Valid California driver's license preferred for equipment logistics
