- Issue Resolution: Assist customers with basic account questions and troubleshoot common technical issues.
- Follow-Up: Conduct necessary follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve outstanding concerns.
- Reporting: Update internal logs and provide feedback on common customer trends.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Computer Literacy: Basic working knowledge of computers, email, and the Internet.
