Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-gen technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with global sustainability and ethical AI frameworks
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging sectors
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members on paradigm-shifting innovations
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and government labs for joint R&D initiatives
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible deployment of autonomous systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (3+ launches)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuro-interfaces
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or strategic foresight methodologies
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.) or equivalent patents
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding from government/private sources
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
