As we accelerate toward our 2026 strategic milestones, you will be the architect of our long-term vision, overseeing the integration of Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Green Energy Tech.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the 2026-2030 technology roadmap, identifying high-value emerging technologies for integration.
- AI & R&D Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists to develop proprietary AI models and quantum algorithms.
- Innovation Management: Monitor global tech trends and patents to ensure OmniFuture remains ahead of the curve in autonomous systems and neural interfaces.
- Capital Allocation: Manage the R&D budget with precision, ensuring maximum ROI on experimental projects with high future potential.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management and C-suite executives to translate complex technical visions into actionable business strategies.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a world-class technical team focused on solving problems that don't yet exist.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles within Fortune 500 tech companies or top-tier R&D labs.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Quantum Computing concepts.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying disruptive technologies and successfully scaling them from concept to market.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where the only constant is change.
