We are seeking a visionary Director of Future Tech Strategy to architect the technological landscape for the year 2026. At FutureScale Labs, we don't just predict trends; we engineer them. You will be responsible for identifying emerging technologies, assessing their viability, and leading the integration of next-generation AI and quantum computing solutions into our core infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic roadmap for 2026, identifying high-impact emerging technologies such as AGI, Quantum AI, and Neuromorphic Computing.
- Conduct rigorous R&D assessments to evaluate the feasibility and ROI of cutting-edge technical innovations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate futuristic architectural patterns.
- Define the long-term technical vision and communicate complex strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech startups to stay ahead of the 2026 innovation curve.
- Oversee the transition of legacy systems into next-generation infrastructure platforms.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in senior technical leadership, with at least 5 years focused on strategic foresight.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud computing, and distributed systems.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategy.
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning for future tech trends.
