- Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing team of AI researchers, data scientists, and machine learning engineers.
- Evaluate and integrate next-generation AI frameworks, including advanced LLMs, multimodal AI, and autonomous agents.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and executive leadership to ensure seamless deployment of 2026 initiatives.
- Identify strategic partnerships and investment opportunities within the AI ecosystem to accelerate our market position.
- Establish ethical AI guidelines and governance frameworks to ensure responsible technology deployment.
- Present quarterly strategy updates and ROI forecasts to the C-suite and board of directors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, product strategy, or AI/ML engineering.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling AI products from conceptualization to enterprise-wide deployment.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends expected to mature by 2026 (e.g., AGI precursors, edge AI, next-gen NLP).
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Experience managing an annual R&D budget exceeding $10M.
- Strong background in building ethical, secure, and compliant AI systems.
