Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the overarching AI technology roadmap targeted for 2026 market leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of AI researchers, data scientists, and software engineers.
- Identify and evaluate emerging AI trends, frameworks, and paradigms to integrate into our product pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership, product managers, and cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with business objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of advanced AI models, from conceptual research and development to deployment and optimization.
- Ensure all AI solutions are developed with strict adherence to ethical guidelines, data privacy, and security standards.
- Represent the company at top-tier industry conferences, showcasing our 2026 technological vision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (Ph.D. preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Deep technical expertise in modern AI architectures, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Proven track record of successfully launching complex, AI-driven products from scratch to scale.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing R&D budgets and fostering a culture of rapid innovation and psychological safety.
