- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions with 3-year implementation horizons
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for cutting-edge R&D
- Present strategic tech visions to C-suite and investors with data-driven impact projections
- Champion ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI deployment
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for emerging tech incubation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 3+ year development cycles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech innovation ecosystems
- Presentation skills for complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or similar peer-reviewed journals
