Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for high-demand contract positions across multiple industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction
- Process same-day payroll for temporary staff through our proprietary digital platform
- Conduct market research to identify emerging job trends and staffing needs in LA
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including document verification and orientation
- Track performance metrics and provide weekly reports to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted recruitment campaigns
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing experience in Los Angeles market
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Certification in Staffing and Recruiting (CASP) or PHR highly desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends for candidate meetings
- Strong understanding of California labor laws and compliance requirements
