Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary assignments
- Match qualified candidates to client job requirements
- Process daily payroll and timesheet submissions
- Conduct onboarding for new temporary staff
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS system
- Coordinate with clients to ensure staffing needs are met
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute coverage requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing or recruitment experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of Michigan labor regulations preferred
