Responsibilities
- Process same-day payroll for temporary workers using our proprietary digital platform
- Verify employment eligibility and timesheet accuracy for daily payment releases
- Resolve payment discrepancies within 4-hour SLA to maintain worker trust
- Train new staff and clients on daily pay procedures and mobile app functionality
- Collaborate with finance team to reconcile daily payment batches
- Monitor compliance with MO labor laws for daily payment processing
- Develop optimization strategies for payment processing efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in payroll processing or staffing operations
- Proficiency with ADP, QuickBooks, or similar payroll software
- Missouri payroll certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with payment reconciliation experience
- Strong knowledge of FLSA and MO state labor regulations
- Ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced payment processing environment
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
