- Adhere to FINRA and SEC compliance standards during all operations
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data handovers
- Utilize Excel and proprietary financial software for data processing
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of financial data entry experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and database systems
- FINRA Series 63 or 7 certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven accuracy records
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills for data anomaly resolution
- Previous experience with night shift or flexible scheduling
