- Maintain strict compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations
- Support emergency incident resolution during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of contract management or financial operations experience
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error transaction history
- FINRA Series 7 or 63 certification preferred
- Experience working night shifts or rotational schedules
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure
